Sep 17, 2012- Creation Museum

This past Monday we actually took a little family trip down to Kentucky and went to the Creation Museum! It was enjoyable, and very fun to walk through.

Here are some photo's from the day...

I was able to get a photo with the guys turning and looking at the camera! :)

And thus endeth a great day at the Creation Museum...well, actually an awesome filling meal at Cracker Barrel was the end. But still. It was an amazing day filled with family/friends, laughter, and complete awesomeness. ☺

The crazy but joyful life...

Things have definitely been a little on the hectic side here since school has started for the sibs, soccer, get togethers, jobs, housework, etc.

But as crazy as life has been...it has also been absolutely wonderful as well!

We always seem to get caught up in whatever is going on at the moment that we forget to stop and enjoy the little sweet things that are given to us. So I have made it my goal for the past couple months (and will still keep it) to stop and enjoy life! And not letting the crazy schedule get the best of me. ☺

Here are some photos from the past month or so of the things that I have been enjoying...

We also just went on a trip to see the Creation Museum, so some photos from that will be posted soon!

Fun times after church

Pretty much I think we have the greatest church family in the whole wide world. ☺

Here are some photos from tonight--enjoy!

And then here is a photo of the beautiful Sunset we had.

Graduation Party

Yesterday we went to my best friend and her sister's graduation party!

It was a ton of fun! And because my friend actually works at a Amish Bulk Food Store, she had invited a lot of her co-workers.  And let me tell you what...those girls can play some volleyball!

Here is a photo to prove. ☺

It really was an awesome party, and definitely one that I will not forget!

Here are some more photos for you to enjoy from the day...

4th of July...

It is impossible to rightly govern a nation without God and the Bible.
George Washington

---------------------------------------------

I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July!

We all did here at my house--we actually threw together our first ever 4th of July party here at our new house. In fact make that the first party by us ever (as far as having the entire church at our house). We ended up having right around 50 people here at our house, and it was SO much fun! I don't think that I can really tell you how much fun we all had. *smile*

So I guess you all will have to settle for my photos.

Which sadly, I didn't start taking any until after dark...but that just goes to show you that even this gal (who NEVER forgets to take photos, by the way) had too much fun.

The boys having fun after the fireworks

I guess, according to everyone, that arm wrestling is now an every year tradition... :)

Getting ready to shoot off our own big fireworks! (and passing out 'pop its' for the little kids to enjoy)

Our awesome fireworks!

After our fireworks some of us went inside and played games.

And then it was over. And everyone (including ourselves) agree that this is now going to be a yearly advent. :) And people are already talking and planning BIGGER and BETTER things for next year! Which I don't think is even possible. Because this year was just completely amazing. End of story. :)
